Her Voice Community Project is a free mentoring and personal development initiative dedicated to supporting women who want to build confidence, overcome challenges, develop new skills, and create positive change in their lives.
Founded by Bella Vardar, Her Voice combines mentoring, career guidance, confidence-building support, and personal development in a safe, encouraging environment where women can be heard, supported, and empowered.
Whether a woman is returning to work, facing a career change, starting a business, rebuilding confidence, or simply looking for direction, Her Voice provides practical support and encouragement to help her move forward.

The Her Voice Journey
Each participant begins with an introductory mentoring session where we explore goals, challenges, and aspirations.
Over a six-week period, participants receive support, guidance, and encouragement tailored to their individual needs.
At the end of the programme, participants are invited to take part in a professional portrait session and share their story of growth and transformation. These portraits celebrate confidence, resilience, and the unique journey of every woman.
