Exciting news from my studio: my ballet powder shoot has been awarded Best Overall Photo by the School of Modelling Art! This recognition is truly special, celebrating the artistry, emotion, and movement that inspired this creative project.

The concept behind the shoot was to capture the grace, strength, and discipline of ballet in a dynamic and artistic way. Using fine powder allowed me to visualize the dancer’s motion — every jump, turn, and gesture creating clouds of texture and light. Each frame reveals not just movement, but emotion — a story of balance between power and elegance.

Working in my studio, I carefully planned the lighting to highlight the contrast between motion and stillness, focusing on the dancer’s control and expressive form. The combination of timing, precision, and creativity came together to create something truly magical.
